Due to the extreme cold temperatures in January this year and subsequent lack of fruit, we will not have any U-pick on peaches this year. We do have limited quantities of peaches in the farm market that range in prize from $1 to $2 per/lb depending on quality, varietal and quantity. We will begin apple and grape picking in early to mid September.
Celebrating the Month of February with Wine, Cheese & Chocolate
Every Saturday in February from 2pm-5pm we will be featuring a variety of either locally made chocolates or cheeses. To celebrate Valentine’s Day, on February 14th we will be offering two special tastings... a Wine and Cheese pairing and a Wine and Chocolate pairing. Each pairing will feature our award winning wines along with local farmstead cheese and artisan chocolates to enhance your taste experience.
Saturday, February 7th 2pm-5pm
Patricia's Chocolate will be at our tasting room sampling her delicious chocolates. Patricia’s Chocolate is a collection of artisan ganache and caramel chocolates, and only one of a select few chocolatiers world-wide entrusted with Fortunato No. 4, the extremely rare 68% Peruvian Grand Cru chocolate, which she will be sampling and selling at our tasting room.
Saturday, February 14th & 15th 2pm-5pm
Bring in your favorite Valentine to enjoy Wine, Cheese & Chocolate featuring locally made farmstead cheeses from Country Dairy and artisan ganache and caramel chocolates by Patricia’s Chocolate. We have chosen the perfect wines to compliment each cheese and chocolate.
Saturday, February 21st 2pm-5pm
As we continue to celebrate the month of February, join us for a Wine & Cheese Pairing. The idea of pairing wine and cheese has been experimented for hundreds of years. Come experience our unique choices as we paired Country Dairy’s cheeses with some of our award winning wines.
Saturday, February 28th 2pm-5pm
We welcome back our friends at Patricia’s Chocolate for another sampling to end our month long celebration of Wine, Cheese & Chocolate! Her chocolates keep customers coming back to enjoy this delicious indulgence.
