 Tenative Home Wine Makers 2013 Schedule
 
White varietals are available as juice by the gallon.
Red varietals are available as grapes by the pound (1 blend will be available as juice*).
12-15 lbs of red grapes are needed to make one gallon of juice.
You must supply your own containers for juice or grape transport
There are two “rounds” to the home wine makers program; depending on harvest dates round one tends to be mid-September, round two in early October.  (This is of course weather dependent and we will not harvest the grapes until they are ready.)
We begin taking orders for both rounds in August (by phone).
Home wine makers will be notified as soon as we set a harvest date (typically a weeks notice will be given to confirm orders and pick up dates).
Yeast will be available for purchase.
We reserve the right to change or limit quantities.
Quantity restrictions may apply. 
 
 
Round One
(White Varietal) Chardonnay - $15 per gallon
(White Varietal) Seyval Blanc - $9 per gallon
(Red Varietal)  Chancellor - $0.80 per pound
 
Round Two
(White Varietal) Riesling - $15 per gallon
(White Varietal) Vidal Blanc - $9 per gallon
(Red Varietal) Chambourcin - $0.80 per pound
(Red Varietal) Cabernet Suavignon - $1.30 per pound
(Red Varietal) Cabernet Franc - $1.30 per pound
* (Red Blend) Chancellor/Chambourcin $12 per gallon
