LEMON CREEK WINERY presents their 15th Annual Art & Wine Festival on Memorial Day weekend May 26th and 27th. Exhibits open at 12 p.m. and close at 6 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday. Admission and parking are free of charge. Art exhibits, live music, new wine releases, special sales, and grilled food are available.
Art:
Art exhibits of different mediums will be found on the grounds including hand crafted stained glass, jewelry, pottery, photography and fine art paintings.
Wine:
Over 34 years of experience in winemaking has elevated the wines at Lemon Creek to the award winning “art” that they have become. 100% Estate grown and bottled, all of Lemon Creek’s artisanal wines will be available for tasting, including new wine releases and special sales and discounts.
Music:
Music is provided by Keith Scott, a sizzling blues guitarist and one of Chicago’s most vibrant musicians. A favorite performer at Lemon Creek, Keith will be jamming both Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Information and musical links for Keith Scott can be found at www.heavyblues.com.
