Darker Meats: Cabernet Franc, Meritage, Pheasant Run Red

Sweater Wines for Thanksgiving Meats: Grands Lacs Blanc & Rouge, Lighthouse Red & White

Appetizers: A Dry Brut Champagne (Blanc de Blanc) or a light dry white wine such as our Pinot Grigio
